University exams

The sun is finally coming in june, but exams are coming too. I will start the 13th by Management & Organisation, this course is related to another course, Human Ressources Management. Then I will have other exams until the 20, business communication, international marketing and Global Supply Chain. I m going to resume each of them :

 

TRAVAIL

 

Management & Oranisation : As future managers, we need a whole cadre of skills to create a productive workplace, including technical and quantitative skills.  However, leadership and communication skills are critical to organizational success.  When managers have solid interpersonal skills, there are positive work outcomes for the organization.  These outcomes include lower turnover of strong employees, improved recruitment pools for filling employment positions, and a better bottom line.

 

Business Communication  is a course designed to teach you the communication and language skills you need for your professional life. It focus on business communication skills, business conventions but also your general command of the English language at an upper intermediate level.

 

International Marketing : The nature, business scope, strategy, philosophy of international companies are discussed as well as the consequences for the international marketing policy.

The current worldwide economic crisis illustrates how the global economy has become. But are global markets creating globally minded companies…? That is the key question. This course is answering the question and give a depth picture of the dynamic international environment and markets.


 

 

Global Supply Chain : The main focus in this course is demand/supply chain logistics in an European context..  From that point of view, emphasis is given about what the main logistic strategies are for companies when doing Business in European markets. First there is an overview of the actual trends, networks and product characteristics, then followed by the main topics regarding logistics and the management of the demand/supply logistic chains.

Specific attention is given to market-driven logistics, effectiveness and efficiency in the total flow of goods and advanced planning and scheduling of the integral flow of goods (APS) by example.

 

My other course have not writen exams. But I will speak about them soon in a special article.
